We do not directly facilitate bookings or process payments. All transactions through affiliate links are governed by the terms of the respective third-party providers.

7. Use of our Service

You agree to use our Service in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You may only use the Service for lawful purposes, including:

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to: service availability, errors in product description or pricing, inaccuracies in your order, or other reasons. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction.

As our Application/Website operates on a credit-based system, all credit purchases made through our platform are final unless explicitly stated otherwise. Refunds for credit purchases are not offered, except as required by applicable law.

We have developed an AI agent designed to assist users in accessing travel-related information from the internet, making it easier for them to find relevant and useful data for their travel needs. Our App/Website also utilizes AI technology to generate travel-related content, simplifying the process of accessing practical information.

The accuracy of the data provided depends on the third-party services we rely on to source this information. While we have conducted extensive testing to ensure the relevance and usefulness of the content, we cannot guarantee complete accuracy or completeness of the data.

While our application strives to provide accurate and reliable information, users are ultimately responsible for verifying the data before making decisions based on it. Our goal is to empower users with valuable and practical travel insights while encouraging due diligence and independent verification.

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Application/Website will be resolved through binding arbitration/mediation, conducted in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, with the venue in the Philippines.

These Terms are written in English and will govern the interpretation and enforcement of these Terms. If these Terms are translated into another language, the English version will prevail in case of any discrepancies.

20. Survival of Terms

Any provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, disclaimers, indemnity, and governing law clauses, will remain in effect after termination of your use of the Service.
